Ordering and Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all throughout the wider Dallas area. If your zip code starts with 752- or 750-, you should be within our range. DM or email us if you have any questions or need to confirm if your area is in our range.

And yep, local delivery is always free!

When will my order be delivered?

For local delivery, you will choose your preferred delivery day & time range before you checkout.

We currently deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

What if I won't be home to receive my order?

No problem! You can request a no-contact delivery by adding it your delivery instructions when checking out.

Do you ship outside of Dallas?

Yes. We offer next-day shipping for orders outside of Dallas due to the perishable nature of our products. Juices should be refrigerated immediately after arrival to maintain freshness.

Shipping is calculated based on your location. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

How far in advance can I (or do I have to) place an order?

Orders must be placed by at least 24 hours before the desired delivery date.

You can also schedule a delivery 60 days in advance if you know early on when you will want your juices. For bulk/event orders, please contact us directly so that we can share our catalogue prices and customization option.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

Our minimum order for local delivery is $36.

What is the return policy?

Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of our products, as well as the fact that we are a small, family-run business we do not offer returns or refunds. All purchases are final sale. If you have an issue with your product(s), contact us directly to see how/if we can resolve the issue. Thank you!

Juice Storage

How long will my juices last?

Our juices stay fresh for up to 5 days after they are made if refrigerated properly.

If you are wanting to freeze your juices, you can keep them for up to 6 months in the freezer. For optimal flavor, however, we recommend freezing and defrosting at about the 2 week mark. Defrost in the refrigerator once you're ready to drink them.

How should I store my juice order?

Keep your juices refrigerated to maintain freshness. Shake well before consuming.

Can I freeze my juices?

Yes! You can freeze your juices for up to 6 months and defrost in the refrigerator once you’re ready to drink them.

Do you cater events?

Yes! We offer catering and wholesale options. Reach out via our online contact form or DM to view our catalog & pricing.

Do you offer custom messages or labels?

Absolutely! All wholesale orders include a label customization option to personalize your private event!

Can I book you as a vendor without placing a wholesale order?

Yes! We love popping up at local gatherings. If you’re hosting an event and are interested in us as a vendor, reach out through DM/email to see if we’re available!
